Hi Ismo, great job on the site What's new? By me well..just before IIC in Miesbach and my V exam my Achilles tendon snapped on 6 of May doring Ap chaggi going back. Standing foot wasn't in propper position ( toes forward). It happend during last minute of a training - shoot! Got reconstruction on 8th. Yesterday doctor left me with shorter version of a cast - longer one was up to my hip for 3 weeks. Just started rehab. Let me know if Passi has got any tips about recovery.
